Our mission is to provide professional training and personal growth through the use of action methods.  These experiential techniques range from structured exercises to improvisational role playing. The philosophy and methodology of psychodrama, sociometry (social psychology) and group dynamics, developed over decades, are the primary underpinning of all our programs.

Sociometry, sometimes referred to as social psychology, has the dual goal of discovering the informal or hidden structure of a group, and promoting change based upon the specific facts found within its structure.  The attainment of a goal often has more to do with the ingrained habits of the individuals and how they relate to one another, than logic or ability.  There is a flowing pattern of energy within a group, generating feelings of attraction, repulsion or indifference that strongly influence outcomes.
